Carlos is the Founder of Harapan Project on the Island of Sumbawa Indonesia. In 2018 Carlos completed his free on line Training Course to be qualified to receive & distribute Kits.
He is seen here giving instruction to clinical staff at a small Government Medical Centre at Lintas Lakey in preparation for distribution to the local Villages.
